Low inventory and community growth have caused a housing crisis in the Wenatchee Valley. The rising cost of rental units and home sale prices leaves much of our community’s workforce with little to no options.

Common Ground offers solutions through the community land trust model which focuses on home ownership, perpetual affordability and stewardship. Learn more.

Soaring costs and limited inventory are driving home prices to unprecedented levels, making it impossible for some in our community to be able to live here.
